Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

Selentrism does not store or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates. All payment data is handled by Paddle, which adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

1.2 Social Media Platform Data

We utilize official APIs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) to provide automation services. With your explicit authorization (OAuth), we access:

Account identifiers (usernames and profile IDs)
Content metadata required for scheduling
Authentication tokens required to execute tasks

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the automation workflows
To manage your account and process credit transactions
To comply with legal obligations, tax calculations, and financial reporting through our partner, Paddle.

Your information is shared with Paddle.com only as necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle global tax compliance. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@selentrism.com. Please note that certain transaction record data must be retained for a period of time to comply with financial auditing and tax regulations.

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit. Access to your social media accounts is handled via secure tokens; we never ask for or store your social media passwords.
