All payments will be processed securely through our payment processor, 2Checkout (Verifone), once your account is activated. Selentrism does not store or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates. 2Checkout adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1.

1.2 Social Media Platform Data

We utilize official APIs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) to provide automation services. With your explicit authorization (OAuth), we access:

• Account identifiers (usernames and profile IDs)
• Content metadata required for scheduling
• Authentication tokens required to execute tasks

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the automation workflows
• To manage your account and process credit transactions
• To comply with legal obligations and tax requirements through our payment partners

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Once your account is activated, data will be shared with our payment processor, 2Checkout (Verifone), only as necessary to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle tax compliance. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@selentrism.com. Please note that certain transaction data must be retained for a period of time to comply with 2Checkout's financial auditing requirements.

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit. Access to your social media accounts is handled via secure tokens; we never ask for or store your social media passwords.
