Merchant of Record: Paddle

Our billing and subscription management is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all payments and provides customer support related to billing and transactions.

1. Subscription Model

Selentrism operates on a subscription-based model. Each plan includes a fixed allocation of credits and access to specific features. Credits are automatically replenished or allocated according to your active subscription plan.

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused subscription time or unused credits.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Failed Tasks & Credit Usage

If an automation task fails due to a system or platform error, the associated credit will not be deducted from your account. Only successfully executed tasks consume credits.

5. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Selentrism constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
