Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.

1. Digital Delivery Policy

Selentrism provides digital "Credits" for social media automation. Upon successful payment confirmation via Paddle, credits are delivered instantly to your user account dashboard. You will receive an automated email confirmation from Paddle containing your transaction details and receipt.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following strict conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Zero (0) credits from the specific transaction have been used for automation tasks.
  • The account has not previously violated our Terms of Service.

Note: Due to the nature of digital service consumption, once a single credit from a purchased pack is consumed for an automation task, the entire transaction becomes non-refundable.

3. Technical Failures

If a technical failure on the Selentrism platform prevents an automation task from completing, the specific credit used for that task will be automatically returned to your balance. These "Returned Credits" are not eligible for cash refunds but remain available for future tasks.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly via their Checkout Support or email hello@selentrism.com. If contacting us, please include:

  • Your Paddle Order ID
  • The email address used for the purchase
