Merchant of Record: Paddle

By accessing Selentrism, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an Agency or Company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle is the legal entity responsible for processing payments, handling global tax compliance (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), and managing billing inquiries. By purchasing Credits, you acknowledge that your financial transaction is with Paddle.com and subject to their Checkout Buyer Terms.

2. Software Usage & Credits

  • Nature of Credits: Credits are non-monetary licenses to execute automation tasks within the Platform. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Delivery: Credits are delivered electronically and instantly to your account dashboard upon payment confirmation from Paddle.
  • Expiration: Credits do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing.

3. Social Media & Third-Party APIs

Our Platform connects to third-party Social Media services via official APIs. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X). Selentrism is not responsible for any account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms resulting from your content or automation frequency.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use Selentrism for:

  • Spamming, harassment, or spreading malicious software.
  • Generating or distributing deepfakes or non-consensual explicit content.
  • Bypassing social media platform limits or "gaming" algorithms in violation of their policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELENTRISM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT ACCESS. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

6. Refund Policy Reference

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are handled via Paddle and are only eligible if requested within 14 days and if zero (0) credits from the transaction have been consumed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the user resides, or as specified in Paddle's Buyer Terms for the financial transaction.
